Fast FoodI think the topic has benefit for every body, who like to eat fast food? You will know the calories received when eat fast food. Sometime you will eat vegetarian food for healthy and long life.

"The Low Fat Veggie Food.co.uk Webmistress recently visited McDonalds (but she didn't eat anything!!) and picked up their leaflet 'Our Food. The Inside Story'. Inside the leaflet is a complete listing of all the ingredients in each item on their menu and the energy, protein, carbohyrdate, fat, fibre and sodium count per 100g and per portion.

On this page we are just including the calories and fat per portion. If you want more info pop into your nearest McD's and ask for the leaflet.

As not everyone who visits this site is vegetarian we have included all the meaty foods too.

Remember, if you are following a low fat diet you should have no more than about 30g fat per day - and 1,400 calories for women and 1,700 calories for men."
